The most common question we are asked is, "How do I create a website form?"

While we could write volumes on the subject, we feel the best solution is to offer a few examples, and and a brief tutorial on using Formmail, our form posting CGI program.

The first, and most important thing to do, is create a form. If you are completely unfamiliar with creating forms, you can find several tutorials at CoPromote.

If you would prefer to use a simple template that you can customize, try cutting and pasting this code, provided here in text form. Once you cut and paste it to a word editor, save it as an .htm or .html file extentesion. The resulting form will look like this.
